Your Responsibilities
As an Outbound Sales Manager, you are the proactive driving force behind our new business development. You actively approach potential customers, identify the right contacts within target companies, and systematically build your own pipeline — via phone, email, LinkedIn, and industry events.
You research target markets and accounts, develop compelling outreach campaigns, and conduct initial conversations in which you clearly communicate the concrete value of our solutions. You independently advance qualified opportunities — from discovery and product demos through to contract closing.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to work closely with management and support them with strategic tasks related to business development and investor communications.

Your Responsibilities at a Glance
- Active new customer acquisition through cold calls, personalized email sequences, and social selling (especially LinkedIn)
- Building and maintaining your own sales pipeline, including systematic account and contact research
- Identifying and approaching relevant decision-makers in B2B target companies
- Qualifying leads and developing them into sales opportunities
- Preparing and delivering compelling presentations and product demos
- Negotiating and closing contracts
- Qualifying leads and developing them into sales opportunities
- Maintaining accurate pipeline management and CRM reporting
- Monitoring the market and continuously optimizing the outbound strategy
Your Profile
- Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, ideally in a software or SaaS environment
- Enjoy active cold outreach – you enjoy picking up the phone and are not afraid of making the first contact
- Experience with modern outbound tools and methods (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sales engagement platforms, sequencing)
- Confident handling of CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and an eye for clean data
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and a hunter mentality – rejection does not throw you off track
- Entrepreneurial mindset, structured way of working, and strategic thinking skills
- Quick comprehension skills and the ability to rapidly familiarize yourself with complex products and industries
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
