Your Responsibilities

As a full-stack software developer, you are a driving force behind our next-generation Guided Selling solution. You think end-to-end — from the data model in the backend to the pixel-perfect user experience in the frontend — and develop scalable, high-performance, and maintainable features that go live for major brands worldwide.

You actively contribute to architectural decisions, constructively challenge existing solutions, and ensure that our codebase remains clean, robust, and future-proof. In doing so, you work closely with product management, UX, and our customer success teams, translating customer requirements into elegant technical solutions and taking ownership of your features — from the initial idea through implementation and code reviews to deployment in production.

You are excited to work with modern technologies, try out new ideas, and, together with a strong team, build a product that creates real impact for our customers.

Your responsibilities at a glance

  • Several years of professional experience as a full-stack developer in professional software development
  • Solid knowledge of modern frontend technologies (e.g. JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Vue, or similar) as well as a good eye for UX and performance
  • Solid backend experience (e.g. Java/Kotlin, Node.js, Python, or Go), including REST/GraphQL APIs and working with relational and/or NoSQL databases
  • Good understanding of modern software architectures
  • High quality standards for your own code — Clean Code, testing, reviews, and pair programming are not just buzzwords to you, but part of everyday work
  • Solution-oriented, self-reliant, and structured way of working — you proactively take ownership of topics and see them through to completion
  • Genuine team-player spirit: you enjoy sharing knowledge, giving and receiving constructive feedback, and celebrating successes together as a team
  • Motivation to help build a next-generation Guided Selling solution and actively shape our platform technically
  • Confident written and spoken German and English skills

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, ideally in the software or SaaS environment
  • Enjoy active cold outreach — you enjoy picking up the phone and are not afraid of making the first contact
  • Experience with modern outbound tools and methods (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sales engagement platforms, sequencing)
  • Confident use of CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and an eye for clean data
  • High level of self-motivation, resilience, and a hunter mentality — rejection does not throw you off track
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, structured way of working, and strategic thinking skills
  • Quick comprehension skills and the ability to rapidly familiarize yourself with complex products and industries
  • Business fluent in German and English
